1.Tattooing in registry refers to the practice of making endless changes to the Windows registry that persist indeed after the Group Policy settings that initiated the changes are removed or no longer applied.
2.This can be done when Group Policy settings modify registry keys that aren’t regressed to their original state upon policy junking, leaving behind” tattooed” registry settings.
3.Tattooed registry settings can lead to inconsistent system configurations, policy conflicts, and difficulties in troubleshooting.
