Commonly associated symptoms of a dehydrating organism are dry mouth, dark yellow-colored urine, dizziness, headache, and fatigue. Prevent dehydration by drinking enough fluids throughout the day, especially water, increasing the intake during hot weather or with physical activity. Also, water-rich foods such as fruits and vegetables will help to stay properly hydrated.
