    A typical Pilates session lasts 30 to 60 minutes depending on experience level and workout style. Shorter sessions can still be effective if movements are performed with control and focus. Beginners often start with 30-minute workouts to learn proper form. Longer sessions allow deeper muscle engagement and stretching. Quality of movement matters more than workout duration.
