To overcome language barriers:
Hire workers with at least basic proficiency in the required language.
Provide language training before and after onboarding.
Use bilingual supervisors or translators during initial employment.
Provide workplace signage and manuals in multiple languages.
Encourage peer mentoring between local and foreign employees.
