Mental health conditions can cause difficulties in all aspects of life, including relationships with family, friends and community. They can result from or lead to problems at school and at work. Globally, mental disorders account for 1 in 6 years lived with disability.
Mental health can be a problem when individuals experience challenges or difficulties in their emotional well-being. Factors such as stress, trauma, genetics, or life circumstances can contribute to mental health issues. It’s important to address these problems because they can significantly impact a person’s quality of life, relationships, and overall well-being. By raising awareness, reducing stigma, and seeking support, we can work towards better mental health for everyone. 💙🧠😊
