Waking up just before your alarm is set off is often due to your body’s internal clock, or circadian rhythm, being in sync with your daily routine. If you consistently wake up at the same time, your brain starts to anticipate it, sometimes rousing you just before the alarm sounds. It’s like your body is saying, “I’ve got this,” before the noise disrupts your peaceful sleep.
