Office workers develop poor posture mainly due to prolonged sitting, improper desk setup, and lack of movement throughout the day. Sitting for hours shortens hip flexors, weakens glutes, and encourages slouching. Over time, this leads to rounded shoulders and forward head posture. When the body remains in this position daily, muscles adapt to the imbalance and the spine loses its natural curve. Additionally, staring at screens causes people to lean forward unconsciously, increasing neck strain.
