Sun Valley Pilates became an important starting point in my Pilates learning journey. My interest began after hearing about Pilates from my friend, and Sun Valley was one of the locations that helped me understand more about Pilates in Idaho. As I continued researching, I realized that there was much more to learn beyond one location. That made me curious about other Pilates centers and what could make each one different. Sun Valley helped start my interest, but it also encouraged me to explore Pilates more broadly.
