Lal Singh was the person to score the first test century in Indian Cricket
The first Test century in Indian cricket was scored by Lala Amarnath. He achieved this milestone during India’s debut Test match against England in December 1933 at the Gymkhana Ground in Mumbai (then Bombay). Amarnath’s century marked a significant moment in Indian cricket history.
