Bahlol Lodi is the founder of the Lodi dynasty.
In 1479, the Sharqi Empire lost Jaunpur and Hussain Shah fled to Bengal.
The graves of most of the Sharqi sultans and their nobles are close to the Jama Masjid.
He won Jaunpur in 1484 and merged it in the Delhi sultanate.
Bahlul Khan Lodi founded the Lodi dynasty in 1451 CE, replacing the Sayyid dynasty. The Lodi dynasty was an Afghan royal family that ruled the Sultanate of Delhi until 1526, making it the fifth and final dynasty of the Delhi Sultanate.
