    Without any debate, Muttiah Muralitharan is the greatest and highest wicket taker in test cricket. With 800 wickets under his belt, Muttiah has undoubtedly proven to be an exceptional performer. He also holds the record for most wickets in ODI (534).

    the highest wicket-taker in Test cricket history is Muttiah Muralitharan of Sri Lanka. He retired with a record 800 wickets in 133 Test matches. His exceptional spin bowling prowess made him one of the greatest bowlers in the history of the game.
