The title “Father of Computer” is often attributed to Charles Babbage. He designed the Analytical Engine in the 1830s, which is considered the first concept of a general-purpose computer. Although it was never completed during his lifetime, his ideas laid the groundwork for future computing developments. Additionally, Ada Lovelace, who worked with Babbage, is often recognized as the first computer programmer for her work on algorithms for the Analytical Engine.
