The correct answer is Madam Bhikaji Cama. Madame Bhikaji Cama is referred to as the “Mother of the Indian Revolution.” Rustom Cama, a wealthy lawyer in Bombay, was her husband. She became ill after working as a social worker during the 1897 Bombay Plague outbreak and was sent to Britain for treatment in 1901/2.
