Arunachal Pradesh is called the Land of The Rising Sun. This is because it gets the first sunrise in the country.
Arunachal Pradesh lies in the east of India. It is situated in the extreme east which is why sun rises first in this state than in other state. Therefore, it is known as Land of Rising Sun.
