The Tropic of Cancer, at approximately 23.5° N latitude, passes through the maximum number of Indian states, including Gujarat, Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, Jharkhand, West Bengal, Tripura, and Assam. This latitude significantly influences the climate and agriculture of these regions.
The 24° N latitude passes through maximum Indian states. It passes through 10 Indian states namely Gujarat, Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh, Uttar Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, Jharkhand, West Bengal, Tripura, Manipur, and Mizoram.
