World Bee Day is observed on May 20th each year to raise awareness about the importance of bees and other pollinators for the ecosystem and human survival. It’s a day to highlight the vital role bees play in pollinating crops, sustaining biodiversity, and maintaining food security. The day also aims to promote efforts to protect bees and their habitats from threats such as habitat loss, pollution, pesticides, and climate change.
