Roger Moore holds the record for playing James Bond in 7 movies.
Sir Roger George Moore, KBE (14 October 1927 – 23 May 2017) was an English actor known for his suave and witty demeanour.
He was also known for portraying Simon Templar in the television series The Saint, from 1962 to 1969.
Connery and Moore have played the character the most times, appearing in seven films each (including Connery’s non-Eon film portrayal in 1983’s Never Say Never Again).
