I would suggest doing some research before choosing a Pilates center. Look at the type of classes offered, instructor experience, location, schedule, equipment, and the overall environment. If possible, asking someone who already attends a studio can also provide useful personal insight. My own interest in Pilates started because a friend shared her experience with me, so I understand how helpful a personal recommendation can be.
