React JS is a JavaScript library used for building user interfaces (UIs) for single-page applications. React manages the view layer and is used for the development of both web and mobile applications.
React, sometimes referred to as a frontend JavaScript framework, is a JavaScript library created by Facebook.React is a tool for building UI components.React creates a VIRTUAL DOM in memory.DOM refers to the Document Object Model that represents the content of XML or HTML documents as a tree structure so that the programs can be read, accessed and changed in the document structure, style, and content.Instead of manipulating the browser’s DOM directly, React creates a virtual DOM in memory, where it does all the necessary manipulating, before making the changes in the browser DOM.
