Leathal dose means the dose, which if we exceed, then the death or the severe abnormalities can be happen in a human body. So, as like many drug or medicines, water which saves our life also has a lethal dose so far. If a normal adult human consume over 5 to 6 litre of water in few hours, then it will cause some unwanted effect or even death due to severe kidney failure as well as multiorgan failure.
