The Pregnancy and Infant Cohort Monitoring and Evaluation (PICME) is a system implemented by the government of Tamil Nadu to monitor pregnant women from conception to the issuance of the newborn’s birth certificate. Pregnant women can register on the PICME system via https://picme.tn.gov.in/ and receive a 12-digit RCH ID, utilized by the Public Health Department to monitor pregnancy-related aspects. Registration enables access to benefits outlined in the RCH scheme.
