Rajya Sabha:
– Represents the states and union territories.
– Members are elected by state legislators.
– Acts as a revising chamber.
– Term is for six years.
In short, Lok Sabha represents the people, while Rajya Sabha represents the states. Lok Sabha has more power and its members are elected directly by the public, while Rajya Sabha members are elected by state legislators.
