OHA could refer to the Open Handset Alliance, a group of 84 technology and mobile companies that work together to develop open standards for mobile devices. The OHA was formed in November 2007 with the goal of creating a better, less expensive, and richer mobile experience for consumers. The OHA’s efforts led to the creation of Android, an open-source mobile operating system that is free and based on a modified version of the Linux kernel
