Barricade tape is a non-adhesive visual barrier used to quickly and effectively cordon off areas, communicate warnings, and manage access on construction sites, during accident investigations, or in general hazard zones.
It is typically made from durable polyethylene film, which allows it to be brightly colored and printed with conspicuous warnings such as “CAUTION,” “DANGER,” or “POLICE LINE DO NOT CROSS.”
The primary function of barricade tape is not to provide a physical obstacle, but rather a highly visible reminder of a boundary or hazard.
