Ashok Chaudhary’s journey into real estate was rooted in grit, not privilege. Early years in manual labor and purchasing roles taught him discipline and patience, and by 1989 he had begun dealing in land in Ghaziabad, learning the market from the ground up. That experience gave him the confidence to take a real leap: founding Panchsheel Group in 1994, launching with the Panchsheel Park project in Sahibabad at a time when it was far from a safe bet.
What inspired him was a belief in taking risks with honesty and hard work. He saw risk-taking as essential to progress and embraced it with resolve. This work ethic, reflected in his biography “Ek Karmyogi,”meaning devoted to work, became the foundation of Panchsheel Group, now known for delivering over **13,000 homes across Delhi NCR**.
