Meta politics is the study of politics of politics. It means it is concerned with how and why of politics. In simplest terms, Meta politics is concerned with understanding the nature of politics it self.
Metapolitics refers to discussions or activities that are concerned with the underlying assumptions, principles, and frameworks that shape political discourse and behavior. It goes beyond the specific policies and actions of governments and focuses on the broader ideological, cultural, and philosophical foundations that influence political thought and practice.
Metapolitics (sometimes written meta-politics) is metalinguistic talk about politics; a political dialogue about politics itself. In this mode, metapolitics takes on various forms of inquiry, appropriating to itself another way toward the discourse of politics and the political.
