For a structure to achieve static stability, it must satisfy the following conditions:
1. The center of mass must be above the base of support.
2. The resultant of all forces acting on the structure must be within the base of support.
3. The sum of all moments about any point must be zero. These conditions ensure that the structure does not topple or undergo deformation under applied loads.
