If you don’t want to go to the gym, take the stairs instead of the escalator. This will strengthen your leg muscles. Take a brisk walk during your lunch break. Don’t sit at your desk all the time, take a short walk, stretch your body, doing household chores will be some of the best physical activities such as sweeping, mopping and gardening, instead of using a vehicle for nearer places walk or you can go on a bicycle.
Dancing, doing squats, jumping jacks and yoga at home will be good options. Instead of sitting down to make phone calls, walk around your home or office. This can help you add more steps to your day without taking up extra time.
You can join a sports team or fitness classes. Cycling, swimming or playing sports will improve your overall growth.
