I’d probably go with SBI. It’s not perfect, but the bigger branch/ATM network and overall availability make it more convenient, especially if you travel or move around.
Canara is also decent, though. If your local Canara branch has good service and better charges for the account you want, I wouldn’t hesitate to choose it.
For me, SBI would be the safer all-round choice, but honestly, the branch experience matters a lot with public-sector banks.
