Name the cell from which the endosperm of Coconut develops. Give the characteristic features of endosperm of coconut.

    Endosperm of coconut develops from primary endosperm cell which divides repeatedly to form a triploid endosperm tissue. The endopserm of coconut is made up of coconut water which is free-nuclear stage and white kernal is cellular endosperm.
