Jio vs Airtel: Two telecom giants, two different strategies — but which approach is winning consumer attention?

For me, I’d still lean towards Airtel, probably because I’ve been using it for a long time. I’ve tried Jio too, and I can see why people like it — the plans are often cheaper and the extra bundles make the offers pretty attractive. But personally, Airtel’s approach feels a bit more balanced. Their marketing doesn’t feel as aggressive to me, and I’ve generally had a good experience with their network and customer support. So I guess it comes down to what you value more.
