Someone who has never tried Pilates does not need to arrive with advanced flexibility or strength. Beginner sessions generally introduce fundamental movements and teach important concepts such as breathing, alignment, balance, and core engagement. As you become more comfortable, exercises can gradually become more challenging. Starting slowly is often the best approach because it gives you time to understand the movements instead of trying to keep up with exercises that are too difficult.
