For many people, intermittent fasting is safe, but it’s not for everyone. In the event that you are pregnant or nursing, skipping meals might not be the finest strategy for managing your weight. Consult your doctor before beginning an intermittent fast if you have diabetes, gastric reflux, kidney stones, or any other health issues.
Intermittent fasting is not good for all age group people. People below 25yrs need more energy and insulin in our body. Intermittent fasting reduces the insulin . Also it is not good for people who are suffering from Diabetes, any heart diseases… They should take advice from doctor. People who are following this is okay upto some period, but dont extend this for long time. This intermittent fasting is helpful for the people suffering from autoimmune diseases. When they fast for extended period of time, body has the chance to reset and recovery since it is not busy in digesting food or defending against inflammatory agents in food.
