    Yes, Pilates can be an excellent starting point for people who are new to structured exercise or trying a different type of workout. Beginners do not need to arrive with advanced flexibility, impressive strength, or previous Pilates experience. The important thing is to learn the fundamental movements and understand how to perform them correctly. Pilates often looks simple from the outside, but controlled movements can require significant concentration and muscle engagement. Starting at a comfortable level allows you to develop proper technique before progressing to more difficult exercises. It is also important not to compare your progress with someone who has been practicing for years. Everyone starts at a different level.
