In 1920, the Nagpur session of the Congress adopted a resolution for the Non-cooperation Movement under the leadership of Mahatma Gandhi. It was presided over by C Vijayaraghavachariar.
The crucial issues raised in this resolution included the boycott of foreign goods, schools, and courts and the surrender of titles. The promotion of harmony between Muslims and Hindus was also a prominent discussion during the session. The appointment of the fifteen-member Congress Working Committee, established to guide the Congress, was yet another significant outcome of the Nagpur session.
The annual session of the Indian National Congress (INC) was held in December 1920 in the Nagpur district in Maharashtra. It was presided over by C Vijayaraghavachariar. It was during this session that the INC passed the main resolution on Non-Cooperation
