The chemical structure of TPU Film allows it to remain stable when in contact with a wide variety of substances, including gasoline, kerosene, and various solvents. This resistance is due to the polar nature of the polyurethane molecules, which repel non-polar hydrocarbons effectively. This makes the film an excellent choice for protective liners in fuel tanks or as a covering for hoses used in chemical processing plants. Even when submerged in oils for extended periods, the material maintains its shape and does not swell or soften excessively.
