Geotextile Fabric can control soil mixing by creating a separation layer between different materials. In road construction, for instance, weak soil may lie beneath a layer of gravel or crushed aggregate. Without a separation barrier, repeated traffic and ground movement can push the aggregate into the softer soil. At the same time, fine soil particles may migrate upward into the aggregate.
