‘Track Changes’ is a powerful feature for collaborative document editing. When enabled, it records every change made to the document, including insertions, deletions, and formatting adjustments. Each contributor’s changes are displayed in a unique colour, and the original text is shown with strikethroughs for deletions or underlines for additions.
This feature allows for easy review, acceptance, or rejection of individual changes and is particularly useful in team projects or when editing drafts.
