    Yoga:

Yoga is a holistic system of physical, mental, and spiritual practices that originated in ancient India.
It encompasses a wide range of practices, including physical postures (asanas), breath control (pranayama), meditation (dhyana), ethical principles (yamas and niyamas), and spiritual inquiry.
Yoga aims to promote overall well-being by integrating body, mind, and spirit. It emphasizes the cultivation of physical strength, flexibility, balance, and endurance, as well as mental clarity, emotional stability, and spiritual awareness.
The physical aspect of yoga involves performing a series of postures or asanas, often coordinated with controlled breathing techniques, to promote physical health, relaxation, and inner harmony.
Yoga can be practiced in various forms, including Hatha yoga, Vinyasa yoga, Kundalini yoga, Ashtanga yoga, and more. Each form may emphasize different aspects of yoga, such as physical fitness, spiritual growth, or meditation.
    Meditation:

Meditation is a mental practice that involves training the mind to focus and redirect thoughts, emotions, and awareness.
It encompasses a wide range of techniques and practices aimed at cultivating mindfulness, concentration, relaxation, and inner peace.
Meditation techniques may include mindfulness meditation, concentration meditation (e.g., focusing on a single object or mantra), loving-kindness meditation, guided visualization, and more.
The primary goal of meditation is to develop self-awareness, insight, and mental clarity by observing and understanding the workings of the mind. It involves observing thoughts, emotions, sensations, and perceptions without judgment or attachment.
Meditation can be practiced in various postures, such as sitting, lying down, or even while performing daily activities. It can also be practiced individually or as part of a structured program or spiritual tradition.
