Hanuman is one of the most beloved characters in the Ramayana, known for his unwavering devotion to Lord Rama and his extraordinary strength, courage, and intelligence. As the son of the wind god Vayu, Hanuman possesses supernatural powers, including the ability to change his size at will and fly across vast distances. Hanuman plays a crucial role in the epic as Rama’s most loyal ally and devoted servant. He assists Rama in his quest to rescue Sita from the demon king Ravana by locating her in Lanka, building the bridge to Lanka (Ram Setu), and delivering Rama’s message of hope and love to her. Hanuman’s selfless dedication to Rama and his fearless exploits in battle make him a symbol of devotion and heroism in Hindu mythology.
