Could this be a plug-in for youtube videos? A plug-in that enables a video's timeline to be searchable by text input so if a user wanted to search for a video's footage by something that may have been said in the video, the user could simply input that word and the plug-in would have the platform jump to the frame of the video where the word is being uttered.
