The title “Father of the Internet” is most commonly attributed to Vinton Cerf and Robert E. Kahn. They co-designed the TCP/IP protocols, which are foundational technologies for the Internet. Vinton Cerf and Robert Kahn developed these protocols in the 1970s, enabling different computer networks to communicate with each other, effectively creating the modern Internet.
