Consistency is easier with Pilates because it is gentle on the body while still being highly effective. High-intensity workouts often require long recovery periods and can lead to burnout or injury, making it difficult to maintain a routine. Pilates, on the other hand, uses controlled, low-impact movements that can be practiced frequently without excessive strain. It can also be adjusted to suit beginners, intermediate, and advanced levels, which keeps the routine engaging and sustainable. When a workout is comfortable and adaptable, people are more likely to stick with it, and this consistency plays a major role in maintaining results over time.
