BMW CEO says new concept car represents the dawn of a new era
BMW CEO Oliver Zipse discusses the launch of the German automaker’s “Vision Neue Klasse” concept car and says electromobility “will be the largest growth segment in the world for the automotive industry.”
BMW, short for Bayerische Motoren Werke AG is a German multinational company that produce luxury vehicles and motorcycles.
Oliver Zipse became the CEO of BMW in 2019. He has been with the company since 1991 and has held various leadership positions, including head of Technical planning and head of production Strategy. Zipse is known for his focus and innovation.
