The Assam state cabinet recently approved the Assam Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (Facilitation of Establishment & Operation) Rules, 2023.
These regulations aim to grant a three-year exemption to Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) from specific approvals and inspections necessary for their establishment and operation within the State.
