In May 2003, Yuvraj was signed up by the Yorkshire County Cricket Club for the 2003 county season. He became only the second Indian after Sachin Tendulkar to represent the county. Yuvraj’s Test debut came on 16 October 2003 at his home ground Mohali against New Zealand.
