The ‘Azad Hind Fauj,’ also known as the Indian National Army (INA), was founded in Singapore on September 1, 1942. It was established by Subhas Chandra Bose with the goal of gaining Indian independence from British rule through armed struggle.
The Azad Hind Fauj was founded by Rasbihari Bose in 1942 in Tokyo (Japan). Its purpose was to fight against the British during World War II. Azad Hind Fauj was greatly supported by Japan and people living outside this country joined this army.
