GATE stands for Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering. It is an entrance examination conducted in India that primarily tests the comprehensive understanding of undergraduate subjects in engineering and sciences for admission into postgraduate programs. It is primarily conducted by the old 7 IITs and IISc Bangalore. A aspirant can opt for MTech , Ph.D. programs in IITs and NITs or MBA in IIMs also MS in foreign . One can also get a job opportunity in PSU depending on his rank and marks.
