Seasonal allergies, which are usually triggered by pollen, cause a variety of symptoms. The most common symptoms include sneezing, a runny or blocked nose, and itchy, watery eyes. Many people get a sore throat or itching. Coughing, pressure on the nose, and headaches can also occur. Fatigue and general feeling of discomfort are also likely, especially during peak allergy season. These symptoms typically occur during certain seasons when certain plants produce pollen, such as spring, summer, and fall. If you suspect seasonal allergies, talk to your doctor about ways to control and treat them.
