To ensure that TPU Film retains its performance characteristics, it should be stored in a cool, dry environment away from direct sunlight. While the material is durable, prolonged exposure to high humidity can lead to moisture absorption, which may cause bubbles or defects during subsequent heat-processing stages. It is generally recommended to keep the film in its original moisture-proof packaging until it is ready for use. Maintaining a consistent temperature in the storage area prevents the material from developing a “set” or becoming difficult to unroll.
